Did you ever want to help a young person figure things out but didn't know where to start? Then the Foundation for Free Enterprise Education's Speaker Series is for you. You'll share your experience and knowledge with the next generation and promote careers in your field to thousands of students statewide. You'll make a huge impact and all it takes is an hour of your time.
It's simple. You'll fill out a brief questionnaire about your title, education, work history, and the topic you want to cover. We'll then schedule a time to tape the video, and then you'll be interviewed by a Foundation staff member over Zoom. That's it! Again, the whole process takes about an hour, and then we'll edit your video and upload it for everyone to use.
When you volunteer with the Speaker Series, you'll join businesspeople from all over the state and nation who share their expertise and secrets of success in dynamic and impactful 15-20 minute videos. You'll teach students about your career and give them tips to discover strengths and interests and map out a plan for life after high school.
The Series is offered free to all schools statewide, and we are always looking for more individuals who wish to share their story. We expect it to impact thousands of students each year.
Even at my juncture in life, it's good to get reinforcement of solutions to current issues.
Thank you for sharing your story. I hope every person that hears your story truly appreciates the courage and ambition you have given to our nation. Thank you for your service.
I learned so much from the speakers, each of them brought a new perspective and new way too look at the world with them to every webinar. I learned about different ways to handle the stress of being a business owner, as well as what my possible future employer will look for in me.
My favorite part was… "The message and the energy with which he presented it."
Thank you to all the people working behind the scenes and the speakers for inspiring us and motivating us for the next generations.
During these years in High School there are many things that confuse me, the virtual Speaker Series helped me to understand parts of the adulthood I try so hard to step into sometimes that I would have had to find out by myself through much more painful lessons in real life.
